The good news is that they can be delivered to your cottage in time for your arrival, and you can cook them in your cottage oven whenever you're ready for them - straight from frozen!

Simply follow the self-guided trail, exploring the wonderful historic sights and answering the clues along the way. PLUS you’ll have a take-home souvenir: a 20-24 page booklet packed with loads of local historical tales to read at your leisure.

Chapel Down Brut NV Sparkling Wine

Fluffy white dressing gowns: Our dressing gowns are extra soft and extra large and snuggly. If you love them so much you'd like to take them home with you, they can be purchased for £40 each!

Sparkling Water: Two 1-litre bottles of Kingsdown Sparkling Water. The Kingsdown source is situated in the heart of the North Downs, just outside the village of Kingsdown, fifteen miles from the cathedral city of Canterbury. It is the chalk of the North Downs which provides the key to Kingsdown’s purity and quality.

Fresh Fruit: A generous selection of fresh fruit for you to enjoy (locally grown where possible, and when in season)

  Kent Crisps: A sharing packet of award-winning hand-cooked crisps, made using Red Tractor assured, British-grown potatoes.

For our guests staying in Primrose Cottage who experience discomfort or pain when getting in or out of armchairs, or who might need a little extra help mobility-wise, we can arrange hire of an electric rise and recline chair.

If you're not familiar with one of these chairs, the electric mechanism allows for easier movement and gently elevates you out of the chair and onto your feet. It comes with simple to use controls, so you can adjust your sitting position to get it just right!

Please note: 

• Extra care must be taken if you are bringing any young children or pets with you - especially when operating the motor.
• There's an 18st 2lbs/115kg weight limit with this chair

The Supreme Extra is an alternating replacement mattress, used to provide comfort to those suffering with pressure ulcers. It is available to hire if you are booking Primrose Cottage. The mattress is a comfortable 4 foot (122cm) wide and fits on the electric adjustable bed in the second bedroom in Primrose (the one with with three beds).

Incorporating the current Supreme Overlay system, the Supreme Extra has an extra foam surround and base, which transforms the mattress from an Overlay to a Replacement. The surrounding foam is visco topped providing extra comfort.
