"Kindest hosts, comfiest accommodation and lovliest location"

 Excellent

We've stayed in all but one of Steve and Tina's lovely holiday cottages. They are all superb, modern, spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped and set in between beautiful apple and pear orchards that provide a perfect place for a walk with a dog or to enjoy a spectacular sunset. They are so lovely and well set up that you could not just enjoy a holiday in them, but live there! Steve and Tina were attentive, accommodating, unbelievably kind and always on hand to help. Plus Rosie and Sam the donkeys are a delight. Our experience was simply faultless. So if you need a beautiful safe haven or holiday cottage to enjoy all that Kent has to offer - at Hawthorn Farm Cottages, you will not find a better place to stay!

"If you're looking for peace, this is the place!"

We just sat and listened to the silence of birds and bees while enjoying that fresh air on arrival. The donkeys are also the perfect addition and kept our children occupied with their very friendly nature. The little park also was very welcomed by the children and even more welcome by us as it was that perfect distance from the property (far but not too far, and in view). We’ll be back!

"A relaxing week"

Thank you so much for our stay and making us feel so welcome. Myself, husband, granddaughter & dog had a wonderful stay. The location is amazingly peaceful and the cottage comfortable, clean & warm with everything you need for a relaxing week. My granddaughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and spending time on the swing/slide. Owners were friendly, attentive & available to answer any questions, or if we needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. WiFi was excellent!! We would highly recommend and will definitely return.
