Rowan Cottage is a delightful mid-terrace cottage with three bedrooms, suited to families or friends wanting a comfy base for exploring Kent.

Luxury white cotton bedlinen, centrally heated and double glazed. Free Wifi access. Private garden space with own picnic table. Parking a few steps away.

Ground Floor

Open plan kitchen/breakfast area: table with seating for 5, full size electric cooker (hob and oven), fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave oven

Open plan lounge: seating for 5, HD Smart TV with DVD player, DAB radio/CD player/iPod dock

Double bedroom: Sleeps 1-2 people in a 4'6" (135cm) double bed

Twin bedroom: Sleeps 1-2 people in two 3' (90cm) single beds or one 6' (180cm) superking bed

King bedroom: Sleeps 1-2 people in a 5' (150cm) kingsize bed

"Jack-and-Jill" bathroom: En-suite to the twin room, with second door to the living room - with bath/electric shower over

Garden area: with picnic table, garden chairs and parasol

Shared laundry room: nearby with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Things to note

Rowan Cottage is child friendly and can accommodate up to three children/infants with one or two adults. A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request - please ask at time of booking. Please bring your own baby bedding.

This cottage is not suitable for pets but we have two other cottages that are pet-friendly: Foxglove and Primrose

Rowan Cottage is suitable for guests with limited mobility as it is single-storey with a low threshold entrance. However, it has a shower over a bath, and is about 18 meters across grass/stepping stones from the terrace car park. We may be able to arrange parking in our other car park which is closer to the back door of Rowan Cottage, although from there, you will have to go up 3 steps to the terrace albeit with a strong hand rail.

If you have any special needs: such as reduced mobility, please let us know at the time of booking so we can advise you on the suitability of our cottages - and where possible, to make arrangements for any special equipment/facilities you may need prior to your stay.
