When you book a stay in one of our unique holiday cottages at Hawthorn Farm, you will find that our standard prices are automatically set to offer you excellent value. For example, the longer your stay at Hawthorn Farm, the lower the nightly rate becomes. Our seasonal rates also reflect local variations according to demand, so that typically quieter times of year (October to March, excluding Christmas and New Year) have the lowest rates. 10% Discount for two people
Although our cottages comfortably sleep up to 4 or 5 people in 2-3 bedrooms, they are also popular with couples or friends wanting the convenience and comfort of a cottage, rather than a hotel room or B&B.
The two person discount is available from September to June, for stays of 4 nights or more booked direct via the Hawthorn Farm website, in Primrose, Rowan, Foxglove and Cherry Tree Cottages. You will need to confirm the names of the two people staying, and will not be entitled to invite any other guests to stay in the cottage unless you pay the balance for the entire stay. Please note, if you would like to use this offer, the smallest bedroom in your cottage will be inaccessible during your stay.

10% Discount for "Blue Light" Workers
If you're a member of the emergency services (Fire/Ambulance/Coast Guards), work within the nhs or social care sector, are a teacher, or serving in the Police or Armed Forces, you qualify for a 10% discount off the cost of your stay at Hawthorn Farm Cottages.
The Blue Light Workers discount is available all year round, for stays of 4 nights or more in one cottage, booked direct via the Hawthorn Farm website. You will need to prove your eligibility when completing your booking, by providing either:
- A current work email in your name, from a recognisable domain (such as nhs or emergency services) You can quote this in the "Special Requests" section if you prefer that we don't use it for correspondence.
- Or you can email proof of employment to us, such as a scan of your work ID badge, a recent payslip, or an official letter showing your name, employer, and role. We will review your documents and verify your discount, usually within 24 hours.
If you apply the discount to your booking and we are unable to verify your eligibility, or if we find your booking doesn't meet the criteria (1 cottage, minimum 4 nights) we will add back the deduction to your booking, and it will become payable in accordance to our usual Booking Terms & Conditions.

50% Discount for Brides and Grooms
Are you getting married in SE Kent before the end of June 2026? How would you fancy a HALF PRICE stay in our "honeymoon suite" - perfect for a night or two before your big day, or perhaps a much needed minimoon!
Simply book 2 or more cottages for your friends and family at Hawthorn Farm Cottages during your wedding, and you'll qualify for your own half price stay of 4-7 nights in our beautiful Pear Tree Cottage overlooking the orchards, with its luxury spa bathroom and private garden with tree seat and BBQ!
Here are the T's and C's:
1. You will need to send us proof of your wedding date before 30th June 2026 at any of the gorgeous nearby venues listed on our wedding accommodation page.
2. You or your friends/family will need to book a stay for 4 or more nights in at least 2 of our cottages, including the day of your wedding.
3. You will need to make the booking for your half price stay in Pear Tree Cottage in advance of your wedding and the stay should be between a week before and 6 months after your wedding day.
4. The cost of your half price stay will be calculated from the full listed price on the Hawthorn Farm website and subject to availability. Normal Booking Terms & Conditions will apply.
